We take privacy matters very seriously. Any information disclosed to us by our clients is considered proprietary and confidential, including all such information relating to past, present, or future financial information.
We hold all confidential and proprietary information in strict confidence and will not use such information except as may be authorized by the client.
Confidential information shall not include information previously known to us, the general public, or previously recognized as standard practice in the field.
Information regarding client financial matters is not discussed with anyone but the client. The client must authorize any communication between Downtown Fiduciary Accounting and the CPA, attorney or other financial consultant.
